Thermal Emergency Cooling Valve

The thermal emergency cooling valve is manufactured by the well none company, Watts.

All boilers with built in secondary cooling coils require this valve in order to operate the emergency cooling circuit in the event of boiler over heating for whatever reason.

Once the core boiler temperature surpasses 95°C the emergency cooling valve will open, thus allowing cold water to pass through the secondary cooling coil. The water then exits the coil and is sent to drainanage.
