Pipe Flashing DUO - Boot Size 5mm to 50mm

Pipe flashings are a vital component required in the installation of roof mounted solar thermal systems as they provide a flexible, durable and weatherproof seal where the solar pipework and sensor cable pass through the roof. V-Seal pipe flashings have been carefully designed, taking into account input and output requests from experts in the solar market, so as to provide a comprehensive solution for this important application

The black silicone cone is unique to the V-Seal pipe flashing range. It has been specifically developed to meet the requirments of solar experts and building owners who are looking for aesthetic appearance, whitout compromise on quality. The black silicone boot on this range of products provides excellent temperature resistance ranging between -60°C to +240°C. This flexible rubber cone suits pipe diameters from 5mm to 50mm, enabling it to seal around plain pipework or insulated pipework in a varitey of different roof pitches. Another feature specifically designed for the solar thermal market is the sensor cable entry points  on the rubber boot, for sealing around the temperature sensor cable as it pass through the roof.

Duo Cone - for installations with flo and return pipework passing through the same side of the solar panel, or underneath the soalr panel, only one pipe flashing slate is required

The base is made from a flexible aluminium sheet that is easy to cut and shape, the overall size of the slate is 450mm x 600mm
