M2 MIX3 1" Auto-mix Insulated Pump Unit

Wall mounted, insulated, pumping unit with motorized 3 way mixing valve for controlled variable temperature flow

Can be mounted independently or fitted directly onto the heating manifold and circulates mixed heating fluid using an electronic controlled mixing valve that connects back to boiler heating system or climatic controller (suitable for use with weather compensating systems), includes:

Flow Side

• Swivel 1” connection
• 3 – way mixing valve with electronic actuator
• Flanged ball valve DN20, provided with thermometer holder handle (red-ring thermometer, 0°C to 120°C).

Return Side

• Flanged ball valve DN20 with non return valve 20 mbar (which can be over-ridden by rotating the handle by 45°) provided with thermometer holder handle (blue-ring thermometer, 0°C to 120°C).
• T connection for mixing valve
• Swivel 1” connection

Works very well with boilers that have built in flow temperature control/weather compensation or when used in conjunction with climatic controllers with a weather compensation facility. Also suitable for use with underfloor circuits where weather compensating control is available.
