The new BRV pump units are now supplied in a number of
different configurations including systems that are equipped with modern
climatic controllers to allow an optimal balance between comfort, safety and
energy saving. The functionality and efficiency too, have been taken into
account with regards to the installation stage. All products that are equipped
with integrated controllers (Heating or Solar) are prewired: temperature

Header

Distribution headers for heating systems are made from
electro-welded steel and pipe and are suitable for power up to 70kW’s. EPS 25mm
thermal insulation according to DIN 4102-82 with a galvanised steel cover 0.8mm
thick. Tested to 12 bar. Available in many different zone sizes.

Switcher Unit

Hydraulic switcher unit with insulation, to beconnected below the distribution manifold. This device allows the primary and secondary
circuits to be disconnected hydraulically, thereby giving allowing greater
volumetric flow in the manifold in comparison to the boiler flow.
This isparticularly suitable for use with condensing boilers. In fact if the boiler
pump is set correctly this unit can ensure a low water return temperature
(always below 57°C – this is the condensing temperature of the steam in methane
gas) so increasing the efficiency of the whole installation
