Biomass Boilers

Wood pellets are generally made from compacted sawdust produced as a byproduct of saw-milling and other wood transformation activities. Pellets are extremely dense and can be produced with a low humidity content (below 10% moisture content) that allows them to be burned with a very high combustion efficiency. Regular pellet geometry and small size allow automatic feeding with very fine calibration.

Hiigh density also allows for compact storage and easy transport over long distance. Pellets can be conveniently blown from delivery truck to the customers a bunker or silo.

Woodchip's are a solid fuel made by passing solid wood logs, or trees, through a woodchipper. The resulting fuel is used primarily as a heating fuel in domestic houses, schools, business and in some industrial plants for generating electrical power. The use of woodchips in automated heating systems, is based technology perfected in Austria during the 90's.

Solid biomass is an attractive fuel for addressing the concerns of the energy crisis and climate change, since the fuel is affordable, widely available, clean burning, and is carbon neutral and sustainable as long as the crops are allowed to regrow. Woodchips do not have the waste disposal issues of coal andnuclear power, since wood ash can be used directly as a mineral-rich plant fertilizer

Split Logs are probably one of the oldest types of solid fuel used to heat houses throughout the ages, and seeing as most split wood is sourced locally it is also the biomass fuel with the least amount of processing required to get it into a burnable condition.

Modern split log gasification boilers make heating your house or business with solid wood a very simple, efficient and convenient experience.
